Returns and Refunds

We appreciate your purchase and value your business. Our goal is to have happy customers and to ensure each customer feels assured with their purchase. But if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your selection, then you may return or exchange your item based on Lake Street Diamond Company’s current Return and Refund Policy.

Returns and exchanges may be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be in their original purchase condition, unused, unworn, and unaltered, with all accessories, original product documentation, and grading reports to be accepted for return or exchange. Failure to return a diamond report issued with your original purchase will result in a $150 USD replacement report fee. Lake Street Diamond Company cannot process refunds or exchanges of custom orders, special orders and modified or altered items.

To initiate the exchange or return process, contact Lake Street Diamond Company during its normal operating hours at (425) 822-9440. Provided your purchase qualifies for an exchange or refund, Lake Street Diamond Company will issue a “Return Authorization Number” – (RAN) and will send, via email, a pre-paid, fully insured Priority Mail Express USPS label.

All items, including original packaging and documentation, must be shipped within 24 hours after receipt of a RAN and Priority Express USPS label, and within 30 days of the date of purchase, from any USPS location. Each item must be securely packaged for shipping, with the issued RAN clearly visible on the outside of the Priority Mail Express package.

Lake Street Diamond Company may refuse a return or exchange if these requirements are not satisfied. Lake Street Diamond Company may also refuse to process a return or exchange if the returned item(s) do not satisfy the inspection standards of its Quality Assurance Team. Lake Street Diamond Company is not responsible for merchandise that is not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.

Returns that are to the satisfaction of this policy and Lake Street Diamond Company will be processed within 15 days of Lake Street Diamond Company’s receipt of the returned item(s). Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account and by the method according to which the item was charged (PayPal, Credit, etc.). Qualifying purchases originally made by cash or debit card will be refunded by check issued from Lake Street Diamond Company. Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card. All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current price, minus any promotional discount.
