Product information
We work hard to describe and photograph every piece accurately. To show detail, photographs may make jewelry look larger than it is, and colors can look different from one screen to another.
- Carat weights and measurements are approximate and within accepted industry tolerances. For pieces set with several stones, the total carat weight shown is a minimum.
- Where a piece has many diamonds, color and clarity are given as a minimum or an average. As a minimum, every stone meets or exceeds the stated grade; as an average, the stones together meet or exceed it.
- For a specific stone, its independent grading report (for example GIA, IGI or AGS) and your receipt are the definitive description.
Diamond and gemstone search
The diamonds, colored diamonds and gemstones in our online search are representative examples of the stones we cut and polish ourselves or can source through our trusted network. Specific stones, their availability and their prices are confirmed with you, along with their grading reports, before any purchase.
Prices and orders
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at purchase.
- Despite our care, a price or description may occasionally be wrong. If so, we'll let you know before your purchase is completed, and you can choose whether to go ahead.
- Submitting an order request or booking a consultation online doesn't create a sale. A purchase is made only once we've confirmed the details with you and received any agreed deposit.
Custom design
Custom projects follow the deposit and approval steps we agree with you. The final price is confirmed before production begins. Sketches, CAD renderings and models we create are our design work. The finished piece is yours, and we won't reproduce a one-of-a-kind design made for you without your permission. Custom and special-order pieces can't be returned (see Returns & Exchanges).
