We appreciate your purchase and value your trust. Our goal is for every client to feel confident in their choice. If for any reason you're not happy with your selection, you may return or exchange it under the terms below.
What can be returned
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn and unaltered) and returned with all accessories, original product documentation and grading reports.
If a diamond grading report issued with your purchase isn't returned, a $350 USD replacement report fee applies.
Final sale
We can't accept returns or exchanges of custom orders, special orders, or pieces that have been modified or altered, because they're made specifically for you.
How to start a return
- Call us during opening hours at (425) 822-9440.
- If your purchase qualifies, we'll issue you a return authorization and email you a prepaid, fully insured shipping label.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all of its documentation, include a copy of your return authorization, and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
- Ship it with the carrier shown on your label within 24 hours of receiving your return authorization, and within 15 days of the purchase date.
We may refuse a return or exchange if these requirements aren't met, or if the item doesn't pass inspection by our quality assurance team. We aren't responsible for merchandise that isn't received, or isn't returned in line with these terms.
Refunds
Qualifying returns are processed within 15 days of our receiving the item. Refunds are credited to the original purchaser using the original payment method (for example, credit card or PayPal). Purchases originally paid by cash or debit card are refunded by check from Lake Street Diamond Company, LLC.
Gifts and returns without a receipt
Gifts returned with a receipt can be exchanged or converted to a gift card. Returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at the current price, less any promotional discount.
